Long Over Due Update

I've had plenty of showings but no bites. There were 28 showings the first month my house was on the market, all for nothing. I hate keeping everything spic and span all the time. At least if someone made an offer it would be worth it.
I've dropped the price from 229,900 to 225,900 and I'll see what happens. It was only dropped this past Monday and there was only 1 or 2 showings. Hopefully things will pick up again after the holiday. What is hurting me is I only have a one car garage.
I'm ready to move. I'm ready to get out of the over priced state.
